Sue has been practicing massage therapy since 2015. Massage Therapy became a passion for her long before going to school as she used to massage her family members when she was younger. That experience encouraged her to enroll in massage school at the age of 17. She graduated from Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage where she accumulated over 900 hours of lectures and hands on practice in a clinical setting before getting her license. Sueheidy is very well known for her expertise in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy. She has also completed continuing education courses in Massage Cupping, Hot Stone, Prenatal Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. Whether you prefer a relaxing massage or an indulgent deep tissue to work out chronic or acute tension, she will be able to achieve what you desire from your session.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage targets areas that can be causing chronic and acute pain to our bodies. This kind of massage can help relieve sciatic pain, migraines, headaches and several other pains our human bodies carry.
CUPPING
The main benefits of cupping massage is to facilitate blood flow, relieve tension areas and reduce pain. It can also help reduce the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger points are painful, tense areas that are found in muscles. These trigger points effect the muscles and fascia. This massage focuses directly on these trigger point areas and works them out which increase the blood flow to those muscle.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stone massage is combination of hands on, therapeutic massage incorporated with the use of hot stones to get the muscles into deeper relaxation and release tension.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
15 minute add on - $20
This can be used as an add on to your regular massage. Foot reflexology is to put pressure to specific points that can reduce pain and anxiety and also promotes circulation, relaxation, and healing throughout your entire body.
BODY EXFOLIATION & SKIN REJUVENATION TREATMENT
Treat yourself to a full body exfoliation. Once skin is exfoliated, 100% raw shea butter and cocoa will be applied for a smooth, refreshing and amazing smelling skin!
This service can include hair and scalp massage with melted coconut or the cocoa and shea butter, with a warm towel wrapped around for a relaxing session.
If you'd like to do hair/scalp treatment only, please write in notes to add on with any massage service.
